Suspend Judgement

I think every basic reader makes a quick judgement call on the text. But good readers stay open minded and try to understand the author. The reader can’t be analytical they need to just try to understand. “Think rather than react” makes me realize how important it is too to be open minded and not quickly have a bad reaction about the text.
